If for any reason a product does not meet your expectations, we will accept your return, at your own cost, of unworn and/or unwashed merchandise within 7 days after you receive it. Be sure to check the comfort and fit of your shoes before wearing them out in to the world. All Elvetik® boots are handmade. Despite all the care brought during manufacture and quality control, a slight difference may appear between two boots. This may not be considered as a defect, but it's the proof that each boot is made by hand ! All our products are guaranteed against manufacturers' defects for 30 days. We reserve the right to determine whether merchandise is defective and to repair or replace defective merchandise if necessary. Returned merchandise should be in the original packaging with all tags affixed and be in the same condition as when it was delivered. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Credit will be given to the original form of payment. Please allow 4 weeks for your return to be received, processed and credited on your account. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We will notify you via email of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
